I ride a 1200L (H-D)....i am going to keep this bike as I absolutely Love it....a harley version of a sport bike....lots of lean angle LOTS of fun. However....i am not comfortable on it after about 150 miles...even with my bicycle padded under garment Embarassed ....so after many many months ofcombining different things i came to the conclusion that i needed another bike Laughing Laughing

I have been looking for about 5 months and I have looked at the VTX 1300 and do like it very much....but have settled on the Kawasaki 900C.

I am 5'1" and when i swing a leg over it fits great. I will have to bring the handle bars back a bit but the seat is awesome and the reach perfect and it pulls up with out a thougth. I have heard from several that it is wicked fast..so i won;t be compromising too much of my fun engine "get up and go"......and the C comes all dressed out with windshield, bags, sissy bar, etc.

There is a place in PA that i can test ride it myself and I can't wait to do that to (hopefully) put the decision making process to rest! I don't think my hubby could take much more of the decision making process!!! Confused

HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT BUYING AN AFTER MARKET SEAT. THERE ARE A LOT TO CHOOSE FROM. A CUSTOM SEAT CAN MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. CAN MAKE A BAD RIDE WONDERFUL.

Seats sure do make a difference!!! My Honda stock seat was terrible! I now have a Corbin seat and OMGoodness..... Shocked .......I can ride FOREVER!! I see all my riding buds getting off their bikes at rest stops looking ouchy, not me!!!!!! It is so weird too, when I first put the seat on and felt it, it felt way too hard to the touch.............but sitting on it is so different! Like a dream!!! If I do get a new/different bike someday, it will definately have a Corbin seat!!!!

Very Happy
